秋分養生食譜
天門冬粳米粥
天門冬15-20克,先煎取濃汁。
粳米30-60克 用天門冬汁煮成粥,後加入冰糖少許。
天門冬:歸肺腎經,養陰潤躁 ,清火生津,甘苦寒。
粳米:主益氣,止煩,止渴,調和五臟和胃氣。
Wild Asparagus Porridge

黃茋:補氣升陽,利水消腫,治療肺氣虛,氣血兩不足。
麥冬:養陰潤肺,益胃生津,清心除煩。
